Daisy Primary School was founded to bring the Finnish educational approach to life, nurturing empathy, individuality, and curiosity in children.

We offer a European-style education with a strong focus on English language learning.

WHO ARE WE?

Daisy builds on the rich experience of International Middle School Holden and Pascal High Schools, in addition to a long-standing partnership with an English school in Nanjing (China).

Our approach is based on extensive research into international education methods. We have partnerships with renowned institutions such as the Italian Cultural Institute in Helsinki, Pirtin Koulu Primary School in Kuopio (Finland) and Highton Primary School in Victoria (Australia).

OUR TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

We follow Finnish education principles, focusing on fostering learning through freedom rather than obedience. We emphasize responsibility and mutual respect.

Our education system aims to develop children holistically, from social to emotional skills, encouraging collaboration and mutual support. Our goal is to teach students to work together as a team, prioritizing the 'We' over 'I'.

AN INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY

Through interdisciplinary projects in art, music, and botany, we've developed a method for teaching foreign languages focused on practical vocabulary and language skills acquisition.

At Daisy Primary School, students learn English from native speakers, Spanish from native speakers, and Chinese from a bilingual teacher.

Eco-Green Lab: Botanical garden.
Outdoor Lessons: On and off-campus.
English Musicals: Christmas and end-of-year performances.
Reading Time: Visits to local preschools to read and perform English stories.

OUR SERVICES

Shuttle Service: Including door-to-door options.
PEDIBUS Service: Starting at Piazza Dante Chieri.
Cafeteria Service: Provided by a local gastronomy, with the option to bring lunch from home.
Early Drop-off and Late Pick-up: From 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
